综述压电材料传感器频率响应的主要影响因素和国内外对超高频传感器的研究发展状况,介绍工作尺寸等对传感器频率响应的影响规律。在此基础上,力求从规律中为得到一种1GHz以上的压电传感器指明方向,并结合无损检测技术应用到材料微结构、微缺陷的检测中,从而开辟压电传感器新的应用领域。
The main influencing factors of frequency response of piezoelectric material sensor and the research development of UHF sensor at home and abroad were reviewed. The influence of working dimensions on the frequency response of the sensor was introduced. On this basis, it strives to point out the direction of a piezoelectric sensor above 1GHz from the law, and apply the non-destructive testing technology to the detection of micro-structure and micro-defects of materials to open up new application fields of piezoelectric sensors.
