氧氟沙星(ofloxacin)、诺氟沙星(norfloxacin)同属第三代喹诺酮类抗菌药物,对G~+、G~-均有抗菌作用。我院于1994年1月至1996年10月用氧氟沙星与诺氟沙星随机对照治疗泌尿系感染163例,旨在比较二药的临床疗效。 1 一般资料 1.1 病例选择 163例均为门诊病人,男性38例、女性125例,年龄范围18～65岁,平均年龄29±6.2岁。随机分为氧氟沙星组(试验组)85例,诺氟沙星组(对照组)78例。 1.2 感染类型 163例泌尿系感染类型见表1。 1.3 给药方法 氧氟沙星胶囊200 mg或诺氟沙星胶囊200mg,2～3次/d,疗程7d,po。
