目的 观察两种浓度透明质酸(hyaluronicacid,HA)(1%HA,1.5×106D,1.4%HA,5×106D)和纤维粘合剂(fibrinsealant,FS)对大鼠切口愈合的影响。方法 16只SD大鼠,背部两侧做四个约1cm切口,分别做空白对照、1%HA、1.4%HA、FS组,术后1天、1周、4周、12周处死动物,取材,HE染色进行成纤维细胞计数,Masson染色进行胶原含量测定,测定伤口愈合强度。结果 1%HA组,1.4%HA组和FS组炎症细胞少,对照组皮肤附属器少,胶原致密成束,间隙小。HA组和FS组表皮与周围基本一致,胶原排列有序,胶原间隙较大。伤口愈合强度各组与对照组没有区别。结论 HA抑制成纤维细胞增生,减少胶原含量抑制疤痕,伤口愈合强度未受影响,FS通过内源性伤口愈合机制,促进伤口愈合。
Objective To observe the effect of two concentrations of hyaluronic acid (HA) (1% HA, 1.5 × 106D, 1.4% HA, 5 × 106D) and fibrin sealant on wound healing in rats. METHODS: Twenty-six SD rats were divided into four control groups (1cm in length, 1.4% HA and FS group). One week, one week, four weeks and 12 weeks after operation, animals were sacrificed. , HE staining for fibroblast counts, Masson staining collagen content determination, determination of wound healing strength. Results The number of inflammatory cells in 1% HA group, 1.4% HA group and FS group was less than that in control group. The epidermis of HA group and FS group were basically the same with the surrounding, the collagen arranged in order and the collagen gap was larger. Wound healing intensity of each group and the control group no difference. Conclusion HA inhibits fibroblast proliferation, reduces collagen content and inhibits scarring. The wound healing intensity is not affected. FS promotes wound healing through endogenous wound healing mechanism.
