用无病毒的苹果砧木和苹果接穗快速繁殖的试管苗进行微型嫁接能达到快速繁殖苹果无毒苗的目的,并能保持种质;用珠美海棠的胚培养实生苗做砧木,用苹果试管无根苗茎尖做接穗也能快速繁殖苹果无毒苗。通过四种微型繁殖方法的比较,证明以愈合和诱导生根同步的微型嫁接方法最好
