目的:探讨黄白痤疮膏外用治疗寻常痤疮的作用机理。方法:选用成年雄性金黄地鼠侧腹皮脂腺斑作为动物模型,随机分3组分别采用黄白痤疮膏、5%安体舒通乳剂、蒸馏水外擦皮脂腺斑,观察皮脂腺斑的大小变化,光镜下观察皮脂腺斑的显微结构。结果:黄白痤疮膏与安体舒通均能明显缩小金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑,改变地鼠皮脂腺斑的显微结构。与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:黄白痤疮膏有抑制皮脂腺细胞的增生和分泌功能,使皮脂腺斑缩小,对痤疮有良好的防治作用。 Objective: To explore the mechanism of topical acne vulgaris treated with Huangbai acne cream. METHODS: Adult male golden hamster flank sebaceous gland plaques were used as animal models. Randomly divided into 3 groups, Huangbai acne cream, 5% Spironolactone cream, and distilled water were used to wipe the sebaceous glands. The size of sebaceous glands was observed under light microscope. Observe the microstructure of sebaceous glands. RESULTS: Huangbai acne cream and spironolactone could significantly reduce the sebaceous glands of golden hamster and change the microstructure of sebaceous glands. There was a significant difference from the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: Huangbai acne cream can inhibit the proliferation and secretion of sebaceous gland cells, reduce the size of sebaceous glands, and have a good preventive effect on acne.
