目的:探讨钼靶乳腺摄影对乳腺钙化乳腺良恶性病变诊断价值。方法:采用芬兰Aalpha-RT型高频乳腺机对71例乳腺疾病患者进行钼靶影像,分析乳腺的钙化形态、大小、密度、分布等特点。结果:71例乳腺钙化,良性50例,占70.4%,恶性21例,占29.6%。恶性钙化颗粒较细、数目较多、密度较低、分布相对聚集,形态多为泥沙样、小叉样、短棒状、针尖多种形状,部分钙化沿乳腺导管走行;良性钙化颗粒较粗、数目较少、密度较高、分布散在,形态多为圆点状、小片状、环状、中空状;中间钙化多为粉末状或薄片状,分布呈区域状。结论:乳腺钙化的X线形态特征在乳腺良恶性病变的鉴别诊断中具有重要价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of mammography in breast benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods: A total of 71 cases of breast diseases were treated by Aalpha-RT high frequency mammography in Finland. The mammography images were used to analyze the calcifications, size, density and distribution of mammary gland. Results: 71 cases of breast calcification, benign in 50 cases, accounting for 70.4%, 21 cases of malignant, accounting for 29.6%. Malignant calcification particles are more numerous, the density is lower, the distribution is relatively aggregated, the morphology is mostly mud-like, small fork, short rod, needle tip many shapes, some calcifications along the mammary duct; benign calcification particles coarse, The number of small, high density, scattered distribution, shape and more dot-like, small flake, ring, hollow; middle calcified mostly powdery or flaky, the distribution was regional. Conclusion: X-ray features of breast calcification have important value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.
