根据生产需要,将热轧计划编制问题归结为奖金收集车辆路径问题;并根据生产工艺建立了多目标优化模型,即最小工艺损耗,最小轧制计划数目,最小未排入计划的板坯惩罚值。并没有采取传统的加权方式将其转化成单目标问题;而是采用了一种改进的多目标进化算法(PESAII)进行求解,并对实验结果进行分析。实验表明,该算法的效果和效率都是令人满意的。该模型可以为计划编制人员提供更多的决策支持,更好地为生产服务。
According to the demand of production, the hot rolling planning problem can be attributed to the problem of bonus collecting vehicle routing. According to the production process, a multi-objective optimization model is established, that is, the minimum process loss, the minimum rolling plan number and the minimum slab penalty value . Instead of using the traditional weighted method to convert it into a single-objective problem, an improved multi-objective evolutionary algorithm (PESAII) was used to solve the problem and the experimental results were analyzed. Experiments show that the efficiency and efficiency of the algorithm are satisfactory. The model can provide planners with more decision support and better service for production.
