研制了铸件凝固温度场数值模拟及缩孔、缩松预测实用软件。该软件可在IBM-PC系列微机上运行,具有输入数据简便、输出结果直观、计算速度快、操作方便、易于掌握等特点。软件采用了显示外节点直接差分法,不同单元以不同的时间步长进行计算,并利用了BASIC具有较强绘图功能和FORTRAN计算速度,可利用内存较大的特点,采用编译BASIC及FORTRAN两种语言编写。软件可自动剖分,网格由钝角三角形和矩形组成。该软件具有较高的计算精度。
The numerical simulation of the solidification temperature field of castings and practical software of shrinkage and shrinkage prediction were developed.
