针对闭式整体涡轮叶盘的结构特点,在UG平台上通过二次开发设计了一套涡轮盘电火花加工成形电极设计系统,包括电极初步设计、减厚处理、电极剖分、电极基座设计和电极运动轨迹搜索等模块。通过实验对电极设计系统的正确性和实用性进行了验证,加工出满足设计要求的整体涡轮盘样件。
Aiming at the structural characteristics of a closed integral turbine blade disc, a set of turbine electrodeposition EDM design system was designed on the UG platform through secondary development. The system includes electrode preliminary design, thickness reduction, electrode dissection, electrode base design And electrode trajectory search module. The correctness and practicability of the electrode design system were verified through experiments, and the whole turbine disk sample was processed to meet the design requirements.
