沮丧、精神紧张及情绪低在都市人当中是相当常的情绪问题,而且还愈愈普遍,情况日益严重。一些研究指出,在运动过程中所经验到的正面情绪对持续中断运动计划,扮演重要的影响因素,但并非所有的运动皆能带来正面的效果,能从以上所讨论的各个方面去考虑,对于么样特质的人,在么样的情境下,如何运动,才能得到想要的情绪目的,必能加大运动对情绪的最佳效果。
Frustration, stress and low mood are fairly common emotional problems among urban people, and they are still more prevalent and the situation worsens. Some studies point out that the positive emotions experienced during the exercise play an important role in the continual interruption of the exercise program. However, not all the exercises can have positive effects. Considering from all the aspects discussed above, For what kind of people, in what kind of situation, how to exercise in order to get the desired emotional purpose, will be able to increase the best effect of exercise on mood.
