2012年8月在蚌埠市4个蔬菜市场采集了4个类型12种蔬菜,采用紫外分光光度法测定了其硝酸盐含量。结果表明:不同蔬菜市场的蔬菜样品硝酸盐总含量差异较大,延安路菜场>工农路菜场>湖光小区菜场>南湖小区菜场;不同品种蔬菜的硝酸盐含量均值从大到小依次为:芹菜>白萝卜>大白菜>小青菜>土豆>西葫芦>菠菜>莴笋>茄子>青椒>大葱>山药;不同类型蔬菜的硝酸盐含量均值从大到小依次为:叶菜类>根菜类>茎菜类>果菜类;所研究的蔬菜样品中,有25%的蔬菜样品属于轻度污染,8.33%的蔬菜样品属于中度污染,25%的蔬菜样品属于高度污染,属于严重污染以上不宜食用的蔬菜高达41.67%;叶菜类蔬菜合格率最高,达到了91.67%,茎菜类合格率为66.67%,果菜类合格率为58.33%,根菜类蔬菜合格率最低,只为50%。
In August 2012, four types of 12 vegetables were collected from 4 vegetable markets in Bengbu. The nitrate content was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The results showed that the content of total nitrate in vegetable samples differed greatly in different vegetable markets. Yan’an Road farms> Workers’ and Peasants Road farms> Huguang Community farms> Nanhu District vegetable farms. The average nitrate contents of different varieties of vegetables were as follows: celery > White cabbage> cabbage> small greens> potatoes> zucchini> spinach> lettuce> eggplant> green pepper> green onions> yam; the average nitrate content of different types of vegetables in descending order were: leafy vegetables> root vegetables> Category> fruits and vegetables; 25% of the vegetable samples studied were mildly contaminated, 8.33% of the vegetables were moderately contaminated, and 25% of the vegetables were highly contaminated and belonged to seriously unfavorable vegetables Up to 41.67%; leaf vegetables the highest pass rate, reaching 91.67%, stalks pass rate of 66.67%, fruit and vegetable pass rate of 58.33%, the lowest pass rate of root vegetables, only 50%.
