本文运用一次有关 1 998年广东省 40 5家FDI企业的调查数据 ,研究了四组企业(海外华资、日资、欧资和美资 ) ,并且区分了每一组所采用的投资战略。研究它们的投资战略为我们进一步评价我国加入世贸对来自各国的外商直接投资的影响提供了基础。但是 ,由加入世贸引起的一系列深刻的社会与经济变革也可能意味着跨国公司投资战略的变化。本文在假定没有这些投资战略变化的情况下 ,对评价加入世贸的影响作了一次有限的尝试。
Using a survey of 40 5 FDI firms in Guangdong in 1998, this study explores four groups of firms (overseas Chinese, Japanese, European, and American) and distinguishes between the investment strategies used by each group. Studying their investment strategies provides the basis for us to further evaluate the impact of China’s accession to the WTO on foreign direct investment from various countries. However, a series of profound social and economic changes triggered by accession to the WTO may also mean changes in the investment strategy of multinational corporations. This article assumes a limited attempt to assess the impact of China’s entry into the WTO without assuming any strategic changes in these investments.
