近几年国外学者将生物学中的包埋技术应用于透射电镜的地质样品制备,取得了满意的效果。笔者将这一技术应用于长江口绿色颗粒物的研究,拍摄到清晰的晶格条纹图象。证明在微粒矿物显微技术研究中,采用包埋制样技术是可行的。研究结果表明:长江口绿色颗粒晶体结构发育程度与其集合体颜色有关,颜色愈深,晶体发育程度愈高;绿色颗粒晶体发育程度与钾含量成正比;本区绿色颗粒中海绿石为海相自生成因。
In recent years, foreign scholars applied the technology of embedding in biology to the preparation of geological samples by TEM and achieved satisfactory results.
