研究了热处理对马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢Fv520(B):0.05C-14.5Cr-5.5Ni-1.8Cu-1.7Mo-0.35Nb的组织和力学性能的影响。结果得出,经1050℃固溶处理+850℃中间处理+470℃时效时Fv520(B)钢的强度达到极大值,时效温度超过520℃时,形成逆转变奥氏体,残余奥氏体量增加,620℃达到最大值。
The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of martensitic precipitation-hardened stainless steel Fv520 (B): 0.05C-14.5Cr-5.5Ni-1.8Cu-1.7Mo-0.35Nb were investigated. The results show that the strength of Fv520 (B) reaches the maximum value when the solution treatment at + 1050 ℃ + the intermediate treatment at 850 ℃ and the aging at 470 ℃, and when the aging temperature exceeds 520 ℃, the retrograded austenite forms and the retained austenite increases , 620 ℃ reached its maximum.
