栎属类树种在我国分布广泛,因而栎属栎实资源相当丰富。对我国栎属栎实的化学组成进行系统的研究工作,不仅能为合理利用栎实资源提供参考资料,某些化学组成的变化还可为树木生态及分类的探讨提供有价值的参考资料。 本文对14种中国落叶栎栎实中的淀粉、单宁、油脂、蛋白质、可溶性糖、纤维素、灰分的含量进行了系统测定。并提出了合理综合利用栎实资源的建议。
Quercus species widely distributed in our country, so Quercus Quercus really rich in resources. Systematic research on the chemical composition of Quercus acutissima can not only provide reference materials for the rational utilization of Quercus acutissima, but also change of some chemical compositions can provide valuable reference for the exploration of tree ecology and classification. In this paper, the contents of starch, tannin, oil, protein, soluble sugar, cellulose and ash in 14 Chinese Quercus variabilis were determined systematically. And put forward the reasonable and comprehensive utilization of oak resources.
