三十年的从教生涯中,我也从事了三十年的班主任工作。在三十年的班主任工作中,我倾注了自己全部的精力和爱心。每担任一届班主任,我就在班级管理上下工夫、花气力,向管理要质量。班级工作井井有条,具体做法如下:一、创建和谐、积极向上的班风在平常的工作中,我时刻注意培养学生的集体荣誉感,每当班级在学习或在其他比赛中取得了好成绩,我就鼓励学生,和他们一起庆贺。当班级出现问题,学生犯了错误时,我就和他们一起分析原因,争取下次赶上来。当学生有了新的认识时,我就借机教育他们要爱集体,多为集体争光。
