[目的]测定5种杀虫剂对德国小蠊的半数致死浓度(LC_(50))及以LC_(50)值为基础浓度在饵剂中的应用效果。[方法]采用点滴法测定药剂的LC_(50)值、参照GB/T 13917.7—2009进行室内药效测定及现场药效试验采用粘捕法进行密度测定。[结果]氟虫腈、毒死蜱、残杀威、氟虫胺和吡虫啉对德国小蠊的LC_(50)值分别为71.82、806.78、1361.52、7087.67、7874.56 mg/L。以LC_(50)值为基础浓度制定的0.01%氟虫腈饵剂、0.1%毒死蜱饵剂、0.2%残杀威饵剂、1%氟虫胺饵剂和1%吡虫啉饵剂对德国小蠊的室内药效试验结果显示,8 d内死亡率均大于94.44%。现场防治试验结果显示,第30天的密度下降率分别为100.00%、95.13%、98.67%、100.00%和100.00%。[结论]以5种杀虫剂LC_(50)值为基础浓度配制的饵剂对德国小蠊具有很好的室内药效和现场防治效果,LC_(50)是制定德国小蠊饵剂的基础浓度。
[Objective] The research aimed to determine the half lethal concentration (LC_ (50)) of five insecticides against Blattella germanica and the application effect of bait based on the value of LC_ (50). [Method] The LC_ (50) value of medicament was determined by spotting method. The indoor pharmacodynamic test and field efficacy test were carried out according to GB / T 13917.7-2009. [Result] The LC 50 values of fipronil, chlorpyrifos, propoxur, toxapram and imidacloprid to German cockroaches were 71.82, 806.78, 1361.52, 7087.67 and 7874.56 mg / L, respectively. 0.01% fipronil bait, 0.1% chlorpyrifos bait, 0.2% bacteriostasis bait, 1% schorfluramine bait and 1% imidacloprid baits formulated on the basis of LC 50 value The results of indoor efficacy test showed that the mortality rate within 8 days was more than 94.44%. The results of field control tests showed that the densities of the first 30 days were 100.00%, 95.13%, 98.67%, 100.00% and 100.00%, respectively. [Conclusion] The bait formulated with LC_ (50) values of 5 insecticides had good indoor efficacy and field control effect on Blattella germanica. LC_ (50) was the basis for the formulation of bait of German cockroach concentration.
