目的:探讨利用带血管蒂或吻合血管腓骨治疗小儿骨与关节缺损的手术方法。方法:收治25例骨与关节缺损病例。修复方法包括带血管蒂腓骨段转位和吻合血管腓骨小头骨段移植。其中肩肱关节重建9例,桡腕关节重建6例,胫骨缺损修复10例。结果:经手术后2-10年随访,重建骨与关节外型和功能令人满意。结论:在小儿关节重建中,带腓骨小头骨段的游离腓骨移植可满足关节结构重建的需要。
Objective: To explore the surgical treatment of pediatric bone and joint defects by using vascularized or anastomosed vascularized fibula. Methods: 25 cases of bone and joint defects were treated. Repair methods include vascularized fibular segment transposition and anastomosis of vascular fibular small skull bone graft. Among them, 9 cases were reconstruction of the shoulder and humerus joint, 6 cases were reconstructed by radiocarpal joint and 10 cases were repaired by tibial defect. Results: After 2 to 10 years of follow-up, the appearance and function of the bone and joint were reconstructed satisfactorily. CONCLUSION: In the pediatric joint reconstruction, the free fibular graft with fibula of the fibula can meet the needs of reconstruction of the joint.
