针对刮板输送机链轮传动系统部件加工困难、设计不便的问题,基于Creo2.0二次程序开发功能,通过设定参数、列出关系和编制程序,对链轮、链条和刮板进行参数化建模。此外,基于MSC.ADAMS虚拟样机仿真技术,对刮板输送机链传动系统进行运动仿真,为进一步对刮板输送机传动系统的运动特性和力学特性分析提供了有利的参考。
