论述了节能条件,当采用红外电阻带及红外复合炉衬时,节能幅度可高达30-59%,阐述了优质红外涂料的制备方法及解决涂层与金属基体粘结的途径。
The energy saving conditions are discussed. When using infrared resistance band and infrared composite lining, the energy saving rate can reach as high as 30-59%. The preparation method of high quality infrared coating and the way to solve the bond between coating and metal substrate are described.
