目的研究桐叶千金藤(Stephania hernandifolia Walp.)中的化学成分。方法桐叶千金藤全草用体积分数95%乙醇溶液加热回流提取,减压回收乙醇,浓缩液加水稀释后先用HCl调节p H值,石油醚萃取,再经碱处理,石油醚、三氯甲烷萃取,得总生物碱。总生物碱利用正相硅胶、反相Rp-18、微孔吸附树脂CHP 20P、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法分离纯化,通过理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从桐叶千金藤中分离得到1个氧化异阿朴啡型生物碱:9-O-去甲基蝙蝠葛宁(1)。结论化合物1为一新的化合物。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Stephania hernandifolia Walp. Methods The whole plant was treated with 95% ethanol solution by heating, refluxing and extracting. The ethanol was recovered under reduced pressure. After the concentrate was diluted with water, the pH value of pH was adjusted by HCl, extracted with petroleum ether, and then treated with petroleum ether, Methane extraction, total alkaloids. The total alkaloids were separated and purified by normal-phase silica gel, reverse phase Rp-18, microporous adsorption resin CHP 20P and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results One isoquinoline alkaloid (9-O-desmethylbutene), Ge Ning (1), was isolated from the leaves of Pedicula Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound.
