设计了Ka波段速调管高压缩比电子枪,首先进行静电电子枪的计算,并对阴极发射特性和电子枪耐压特性做了相关分析,然后采用π形永磁聚焦结构,通过EGUN与MAGIC软件对电子注在均匀聚焦磁场中的传输状态进行了仿真优化,结果表明,在电子注电压为14 kV,阴极发射电流密度不超过12 A/cm~2的条件下,该电子枪压缩比大约为51,导流系数为0.6μP,电子注以良好状态全部平稳通过互作用区,为实现高效率互作用奠定了基础。
Ka band klystron high compression ratio electron gun was designed. Firstly, the electrostatic electron gun was calculated, and the correlation between the cathode emission characteristics and the withstand voltage characteristics of the electron gun was analyzed.
