选用了 5种不同类型分子筛和基质的新鲜催化剂 ,在水气氛下进行高温老化 ,并对老化后的催化剂进行了性质表征。表征结果显示Reduxion -60、RHZ -2 0 0和RHZ -30 0催化剂在老化后仍具有较高的结晶度、合适的比表面积和孔径 ,因此这三种催化剂应具有好的产物分布和产物选择性。然后在重油微反装置上进行了胜华催化原料与 5种催化剂的最佳配伍实验。实验结果表明催化原料与催化剂之间存在配伍关系 ,对于孤岛和草桥蜡油则应选用Reduxion -60催化剂 ,可以获得较高的轻油收率和总液收率 ,表现出较好的产物选择性 ;对于奥里蜡油选用RHZ -2 0 0和RHZ -30 0催化剂可以获得较为理想的产物分布、较高的轻油收率和较低的焦炭产率。
Five different types of freshly prepared zeolites and substrates were selected for high temperature aging under water atmosphere. The aged catalysts were characterized. The characterization results show that the Reduxion-60, RHZ-200 and RHZ-300 catalysts still have higher crystallinity, suitable specific surface area and pore size after aging, so the three catalysts should have good product distribution and product selection Sex. Then, the optimal compatibility experiment between Shenghua catalytic raw material and five kinds of catalysts was carried out on the heavy oil micro-reactor. The experimental results show that there is a compatibility between the catalytic raw material and the catalyst, and Reduxion-60 catalyst should be selected for the isolated island and grass bridge oil, so that higher light oil yield and total liquid yield can be obtained, showing better product selection The ideal product distribution, higher light oil yield and lower coke yield can be obtained for the Orimulsion using RHZ-200 and RHZ-300 catalysts.
