历史上的每次改革都需要有更多的人去践行。如今逢谈教育必说课改,这次具有历史性意义的变革是惊人的,是为了全面实施素质教育的前提条件和基础。前面本来没有路,走的人多了就成了一条路,面对新课改,旬阳县教育局扎扎实实、一步一个脚印,全身心的投入到这次大的历史变革中,用对教育的激情、本着办人民满意教育的使命,坦诚地实践着、探索着……旬阳县是全省第二批基础教育课程改革实验县,县局根据省教育厅课改的精神要求,对全县进入普通高中新课改的实验学校提出三类不同要求,其中第三类要求是每一所进入课改的普通高中必须达到的,这也是我省2007年秋季普通高中获准招生的必要条件,目前对于能够达到第三类要求的学校,要努力创造更有利于实施新课程改革的条件和设施。全县如今共有单设高中四所,旬阳中学为省级标准化中学,蜀河中学、赵湾中学、神河中学为市级标准化中学,根据省厅准备工作实施意见要求,结合全县的实际情况,把旬阳中学、蜀河中学按省一类新课改实验学校要求准备,赵湾中学、神河中学按省三类要求准备。高度重视,加强领导,为课程改革准备提供有力的组织保证。工欲善其事,必先利其器,开展新课程改革是一项涉及面广的复杂系统工程,也是一项业务性很强、要求很高的工作任务,前期的准备工作必须面面俱到,只有未雨绸缪才能走到最后,为此,县里精心安排,细分明则,及时成立了由 Every reform in history requires more people to practice.
