钼毛细管具有一般金属管材无法达到的高温强度、韧性和高温下极低的蒸气压等优良性能。航空、航天和高科技尖端武器领域的许多先进技术受钼毛细管尺寸精度和物理性能的制约不能得到应用。本文提出了研制高精度钼毛细管的工艺。对于高精度钼管,压力加工方法进行到一定程度时,必须采用其它工艺方法加工到最终要求的精度。电解工艺作为压力加工方法的后续工艺更完善了压力加工手段。
Molybdenum capillaries have the excellent properties of high temperature strength, toughness and extremely low vapor pressure at high temperatures, which can not be achieved by ordinary metal pipes. Many advanced technologies in aerospace, aerospace and high-tech cutting-edge weapons can not be used due to the dimensional accuracy and physical properties of the molybdenum capillary. This paper presents the development of high-precision molybdenum capillary process.
