我们采用血磁疗法联合抗栓酶治疗糖尿病周围神经病变21例,收到较好疗效.1 材料与方法1.1 临床资料:糖尿病周围神经病变患者共41例,均为住院及门诊患者,并符合以下条件:(1)根据WHO(1985)标准确定为糖尿病患者,病程大于2年;(2)有典型的周围神经病变的临床表现;(3)经饮食及药物治疗后,空腹血糖小于7.8mmol/L,持续2周以上而周围神经病变表现未能缓解者.其中男21例,女20,年龄43～68岁,平均52岁.糖尿病病程5～24年.41例患者随机分成2组,治疗组21例,对照组20例,两组病程、病情相仿,具有可比性.
