由同济大学王开发教授等承担的上海市科委下达的《密源花粉资源与营养成份研究》课题,于1990年2月15日在上海市高教局主持的科技鉴定会这通过鉴定。该课题经过两年半时间的研究,初步掌握了我国主要密源植物的数量和分布,估算了蜂产密源花粉的源量,获得了二千多个测试数据,为我国取得了可贵的各种花粉营养成份资料。与会专家一致认为:该成果在密源花粉资源的开发和利用上,使基础理论更臻完善,在某些方面填补了国内空白;在应用研究上,发现并论证了花粉的营养价值和对疾病的活疗效应。为密源花粉的利用提供了可靠的科学依据。所取得的成果在国际上亦不多见,达到国际先进水平。花粉因其丰富的营养而被称为完全营养食品,受到各国营养学家,医药家的重视。在七十年代初开始了商品性生产,近年来围内对花粉的研究也有较快的发展。同济大学花粉应用研究中心,三十多年来积累了丰富的资料,标本和经验。科研人员既从事花粉的基础理论研
