少量适当水平的活性氧(reactive oxygen specices,ROS)的产生是一种正常的生理情况,在生殖系统各器官组织中包括睾丸和精子也能产生一定水平的内源性活性氧,活性氧在精子生理学方面起着重要作用,但高水平的ROS能影响精子的活力、存活率以及引起精子膜脂质、蛋白、核酸、线粒体DNA的损伤。研究证明,氧化应激是引起男性不育的一个原因。因此,抗氧化治疗成为近年来男性不育症研究的热点,该文综述了近年来国内外学者使用抗氧化中西医制剂治疗男性不育症的研究进展及前景。
