100米武装泅渡前后血液中LDH及同工酶、白细胞SDH活性变化特点

在体育系大专班16名男性学员100米武装泅渡运动前、后不同时刻采静脉血,对血液中乳酸脱氢酶LDH以及同工酶,白细胞琥珀酸脱氢酶SDH活性进行测试。结果表明:武装泅渡运动后即刻较2小时血清LDH和LDH5活性显著增高(P<0.01)8小时开始恢复。但LDH5水平在运动后18小时出现第2个高峰。提示:LDH及同工酶的这些变化特点可以评价武装泅渡的运动强度,SDH的变化特点提示有氧氧化供能系统在武装泅渡中发挥一定作用。 In the Department of Physical Education, 16 male trainees at 100 meters armed movement before and after exercise, venous blood collected at different times, the blood lactate dehydrogenase LDH and isozymes, white blood cell succinate dehydrogenase SDH activity were tested. The results showed that the activities of serum LDH and LDH5 were significantly increased (P <0.01) two hours later than those of the control group at 8 hours. However, LDH5 levels showed the second peak 18 hours after exercise. Hints: These changes in LDH and isoenzymes can evaluate the intensity of exercise in Armed Forza, and the characteristics of changes in SDH suggest that the system of aerobic oxidation plays a role in the Armed Forza.
