本文通过对8名受试者进行一次性桑拿高温脱水干预后的体重、握力、背力、纵跳摸高、100m跑的变化的测量和研究,探讨桑拿对身体力量与速度素质的影响。通过对8名身体健康的男性大学生进行相关指标测量:(1)桑拿前(常温条件);(2)桑拿后(进行桑拿浴之后常温条件),分别测试受试者桑拿前,桑拿后体重、背力、纵跳摸高、100m跑等数据指标。结果表明:对比桑拿前,桑拿后速度素质有所提高,由此推测桑拿可能有利于提高速度素质。
In this paper, eight subjects were subjected to a one-time sauna dehydration after sauna weight, grip, back force, touch jump touch, 100m run changes in the measurement and study to explore the sauna on body strength and speed and quality. By measuring the relevant indicators of eight healthy male college students: (1) before sauna (at room temperature); (2) after sauna (at room temperature after sauna), the body weight, Back force, vertical jump touch high, 100m run and other data indicators. The results showed that the speed and quality of the sauna before sauna was improved compared with that before the sauna. Therefore, it was speculated that the sauna may be helpful to improve the speed and quality.
