用扫描电镜观察了8例治疗后甲状腺机能亢进患者的甲状腺滤泡细胞表面结构。多数滤泡细胞为胞吞功能活跃的Ⅲ型细胞,较少为胞吐功能活跃的Ⅱ型细胞,而功能低下的Ⅰ型细胞更少见或缺如。从甲亢病例的甲状腺滤泡细胞表面结构的观察结果进一步说明甲状腺滤泡细胞表面形态可以反映细胞功能周期变化及不同甲状腺疾病的功能状态。治疗后甲亢患者的甲状腺内可见功能活跃的滤泡细胞转变为功能低下的细胞,从而亦反映了疾病的控制状态。
Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the surface structure of thyroid follicular cells in 8 patients with hyperthyroidism after treatment. Most of the follicular cells are endocytic function-active type III cells, less active exocytosis type II cells, while less functional type I cells are less or absent. The observation of the surface structure of thyroid follicular cells in hyperthyroidism cases further demonstrates that the surface morphology of thyroid follicular cells can reflect the functional changes of cell cycle and the functional status of different thyroid diseases. Treated thyroid hyperthyroidism in patients with active follicular cells can be transformed into dysfunctional cells, which also reflects the disease control status.
