授权教育是以患者为主体一种全新的教育模式,患者参与决策,与教育者共同制定护理方案,在疾病的控制过程中逐步发现和发展自我管理的内在能力,进而达到更好地管理自身疾病的目的。本文综述了授权教育概念、特点、内容、干预方法、评价指标及在维持性血液透析患者教育的应用现状,为临床实施授权教育提供参考。
Authorized education is a brand new education mode taking patients as the main body. Patients participate in decision-making and jointly develop nursing programs with educators to gradually discover and develop the inherent ability of self-management in the process of disease control so as to achieve better management of their own diseases the goal of. This article reviews the concept, characteristics, contents, intervention methods, evaluation indexes and the application of education in maintenance hemodialysis patients, and provides references for clinical implementation of authorized education.
