近日,广州市政府制定了关闭企业职工安置新办法。办法规定:被关闭企业的固定职工,应在本系统内调剂安置,原则上在企业批准关闭之日起半年内安置完毕。企业主管部门与被关闭企业可通过举办职业介绍机构等办法,为职工提供重新就业的机会。半年后仍滞留在企业的,由企业办理辞退手续,作为待业职工进行管理。固定工中有下列情况之一的,企业不得辞退:1959年以前参加工作,连续工龄15年以上的;离法定退休年龄5年以内的;患职业病或因工伤医疗终结,经
Recently, the Guangzhou municipal government has formulated a new approach to the closure of enterprise workers.
