1、引言异步轧制是指两工作辊的轧制速度不对称的一种新的轧制方法。现已用于S异步轧制(或称法轧制)、平整生产和单机连轧。它比一般的同步轧制(或称对称轧制,即两工作辊的轧制速度相同的轧制方法)有可能成倍地降低轧制压力和转矩,提高带材的厚度精度,以及有可能简化自动控制系统。异步轧制是近十年左右才被重视并进一步发展起来的,但不论是从工艺、设备,还是从理论上研究得很不够。因而从理论上搞清楚异步轧制的特点,从工艺设备上使这种轧制方法
