随着时代的发展,改革开放的到来,社会生活也在日益的发生变革,中国经济迅速发展。人们日益对物质财富地需求不断增长,相应的企业员工对于企业的需求也在日益增长,大量各种所有制企业同样的也在不断扩大对员工的需求量与多样性,使建立一个和谐的劳动关系这一目标成为当今经济生活中的重中之重。劳动关系也在前有的基础上发上了巨大的变化,从而导致了在资金的组织方式上、所有制形式还有企业管理等方面发生了一系列连锁变化。本文探析了在当今中国经济社会制度发生巨大变革的当下,我国劳动争议发展的具体变化内容及对当今经济社会带来的影响,并对劳动关系调整变化的新发展做出具体分析。
