“史上最严”《广告法》于9月1日正式实施9月1日,新修订的《广告法》正式实施。这部被称为“史上最严”的《广告法》,内容修改的幅度非常大,由原来的49条内容(于1995年2月1日施行)扩充到75条。其中包括明确虚假广告的定义和典型形态,新增广告代言人的法律义务和责任的规定,强化了对大众传播媒介广告发布行为的监管力度,进一步提高法律责任的震慑力等多个方面。
