针对水压试管机分析设计中主要依赖经验的设计方法,利用AMEsim软件建立了水压试管机平衡及密封模型,研究了关键模块的建模方法。利用此模型可以轻松计算出水压试管机的静动特性。分析了电液伺服阀响应速度对水压试管机的工作影响。仿真结果说明,该方法简单、实用、高效,非常适合复杂液压伺服系统的分析与设计。
Aiming at the main relying on experience design method in hydraulic test tube machine design and analysis, AMEsim software was used to establish the balance and seal model of hydraulic test tube machine, and the key module modeling method was studied. Use this model can easily calculate the hydrostatic test tube machine static characteristics. The influence of the electro-hydraulic servo valve response speed on the working of hydraulic test tube machine is analyzed. The simulation results show that the method is simple, practical and efficient, which is very suitable for the analysis and design of complex hydraulic servo system.
