目的 :介绍一种多效胃镜浆胶的制备方法。方法 :将盐酸丁卡因、羟苯乙酯醇溶液、甜菊糖加入适量纯化水中使溶解 ,混匀 ,煮沸后冷至 50℃左右时加羧甲基纤维素钠 ,待溶胀后搅匀为水相 ;0 .5 %脱水山梨醇油酸酯 (司盘 - 80 )与二甲基硅油搅匀为油相。水、油两相均在 70℃时混合乳化后加薄荷香精搅匀即可 ,观察制剂效果及稳定性。结果 :该制剂麻醉、消泡效果满意 ,口感好 ;放置 6个月不分层 ,不腐败。复检各项指标均符合规定。结论 :该制剂临床应用效果满意 ,原料价廉易得 ,贮存期稳定性好 ,适合医院制剂室制备 Objective: To introduce a multi-effect gastroscope plaster preparation method. Methods: Add tetracaine hydrochloride, hydroxyphenol ester alcohol solution and stevia to proper amount of purified water to dissolve them, mix them, add sodium carboxymethylcellulose when the mixture is boiled and cooled to about 50 ℃. Phase; 0 .5% sorbitan oleate (Span-80) and dimethicone were homogenized to an oil phase. Both water and oil are mixed and emulsified at 70 ℃, then add minced flavor and mix well to observe the preparation effect and stability. Results: The preparation of anesthesia, defoaming satisfactory results, good taste; place 6 months without delamination, no corruption. The re-examination of the indicators are in line with the provisions. Conclusion: The preparation is satisfactory in clinical application, the raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain, the stability of storage period is good, which is suitable for the preparation of hospital preparation room
