由于行业属性、市场环境、企业规模以及其他方面的限制,企业对员工的激励存在限制性。尤其在职位激励、薪资激励受限的背景下,应寻找新的员工激励途径。通过做好思想政治工作实现员工激励,是一种新的激励方式,符合马斯洛关于需求层次的相关理论学说。我们应做好企业思想政治工作,促进员工归属感、尊重感、社会责任感的实现,最终促进员工的自我实现。
Due to industry attributes, market conditions, firm size, and other constraints, there is a limit to how companies can motivate their employees. Especially in the job incentive, salary incentive limited background, should find new ways to motivate employees. Achieving staff motivation through doing ideological and political work is a new way of motivation, which is in line with Maslow’s theory of the relevant theories of the level of need. We should do a good job in ideological and political work of enterprises, promote the realization of employees’ sense of belonging, sense of respect and social responsibility, and ultimately promote their self-realization.
