利用现代传感器及微机在线测试技术，建立了一套测试填料塔中液体分布性能的实时数据采集系统．在３００ｍｍ填料塔中，以空气／水为介质，分别对Ｄｇ２５ｍｍ环矩鞍、阶梯环及拉西环填料的液体分布性能进行了测试．结果表明：本测试系统线性范围宽，准确性好，灵敏度高，且填料塔中液体分布性能的测试数据与理论计算值吻合良好 Using modern sensors and on-line computer testing technology, a set of real-time data acquisition system for testing liquid distribution performance in packed tower was established. In 300mm packing tower, the liquid distribution performance of Dg25mm ring saddle, step ring and Raschig ring packing were tested respectively with air / water as medium. The results show that the test system has a wide linear range, good accuracy and high sensitivity. The test data of the liquid distribution in the packed tower agree well with the theoretical values
