TMB-4为Poziomek等于1958年合成的一批双肟类化合物中的一种,其学名为1,1’—三甲烯基双(4—吡啶甲醛肟)二溴季胺盐。二年来,我们试用中国医药工业公司天津医药工业研究所试制的TMB-4(商品名双解磷)治疗了急性有机磷农药中毒124例,兹将资料较完整的87例加以整理和总结。天津医药工业研究所合成的TMB-4为白色或微黄色结晶状粉末,无嗅,熔点236～241℃,纯度达98%以上,易溶于水,可制成5%或10%的针剂供静脉或肌肉注射。Fleisher等、O’leary等、Oberst等和潘骏千等经动物实验证明,TMB-4不论在对
