目的探讨二维混合血清法的混合样本数K、被检测样本的阳性率P与节约检测次数百分率L之间的关系。方法建立概率模型并用图形说明它们之间的关系。结果当阳性率P在0·0001到0·2000之间时,用二维混合血清法能减少99·36%到8·12%的检测次数。结论二维混合血清法能明显减少检测次数从而可显著降低检测费用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the number of mixed samples K in the two-dimensional mixed serum method, the positive rate P of the tested samples, and the percentage of L-saving tests. Methods establish probability models and graphically illustrate the relationship between them. Results When the positive rate P was between 0·0001 and 0·2000, two-dimensional mixed serum method could reduce the number of detection from 99·36% to 8.12%. Conclusion Two-dimensional mixed serum method can significantly reduce the number of detections and can significantly reduce the detection cost.
