目的了解温州地区口腔诊疗机构的医院感染管理状况,为加强管理提供依据。方法采取查看现场和填写调查表方式,对温州地区181家口腔医疗机构的医院感染管理现状进行调查与分析。结果全市各级各类医疗机构医院感染管理整体水平差别极大,口腔专科医院和二级乙等以上诊疗机构,及一些新建诊疗机构情况较好,社区服务站与中心卫生院的口腔科不合格率较高。结论加强卫生行政监管和从业人员的培训,是做好基层口腔诊疗机构医院感染管理工作的重要保障。 Objective To understand the status of nosocomial infection management in dental clinics in Wenzhou and provide the basis for strengthening management. Methods To investigate and analyze the current situation of nosocomial infection in 181 oral medical institutions in Wenzhou area by means of checking the site and filling in questionnaires. Results The overall level of hospital infection management varied greatly among all kinds of medical institutions in the city. The oral specialty hospitals and secondary level B or above clinics and some newly established clinics were in good condition. The stomatology of community service centers and central hospitals was unqualified Higher rate. Conclusion Strengthening health administrative supervision and training of practitioners is an important guarantee for the management of hospital infection in primary dental clinics.
