以天津市优秀科技小巨人企业为蓝本,梳理分析其转型升级路径如下:一是专有领域深耕细作;二是产业链向两端延展;三是组织管理创新;四是企业内部培育与裂变;五是资本并购重组;六是商业模式创新。并结合政府工作,以此提出六点建议:一是培育企业家升级意识;二是强化外脑支持企业升级;三是从高层次人才和一线人才双重层次创新企业人才培养模式;四是积极发展多层次资本市场;五是积极推进企业两化融合;六是创新企业研发储备金,深入推进企业持续创新。
Taking the small giant enterprises of fine technology in Tianjin as the base, we analyze and analyze the path of their transformation and upgrading as follows: First, deep plowing and cultivating in proprietary fields; second, extending the industrial chain to both ends; third, organizing and managing innovations; fourth, cultivating and fissuring in enterprises; Fifth, mergers and acquisitions of capital; Sixth, business model innovation. Combined with the government work, put forward six suggestions: First, cultivate the sense of entrepreneurship upgrade; second, strengthen the external brain support enterprises to upgrade; third, innovate the enterprise personnel training mode from the dual-level of high-level talent and first-line talent; fourth, actively develop Multi-level capital market; five is to actively promote the integration of two companies; six innovation and research and development of corporate reserves, in-depth promotion of business innovation.
