目的 探讨对非疫区恐非典型性肺炎(简称非典)人群的焦虑、抑郁等情绪障碍。方法 采用抑郁、焦虑自评量表以问卷的形式,对60例心理科病人进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,与健康组60人配对对照研究。结果 研究显示非疫区恐非典60例患者SAS、SDS评分与我国常摸比较有显著性差异,与健康组60人(没有产生对非典恐惧情绪)配对对比,有显著性差异;不同职业之间比较无显著差异;女性SAS评分与男性比较有显著性差异,而SDS评分男女无显著差异。结论 非疫区恐非典患者的情绪障碍与精神心理因素相关,普遍存在焦虑和抑郁情绪。
Objective To investigate anxiety, depression and other emotional disorders in non-endemic areas of non-endemic pneumonia (SARS) population. Methods Sixty psychiatric patients with psychiatric status were evaluated by Self-rating Depression Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), and compared with 60 healthy people in the form of a questionnaire. Results The study showed that SAS and SDS scores of 60 patients with SARS in the non-endemic area were significantly different from those in China, which were significantly different from those of the healthy group (60 people did not produce any fear of atypical pneumonia). There were significant differences among different occupations There was no significant difference between the two groups. There was significant difference between female SAS score and male score, but there was no significant difference between male and female SDS score. Conclusions Emotional disorder in patients with SARS in non-epidemic-affected areas is related to mental and psychological factors, and anxiety and depression are common.
