树突状细胞(DCs)是最强有力的抗原递呈细胞,同时在免疫耐受方面也发挥着重要的作用。如何利用好DCs的免疫耐受特性从而达到治疗自身免疫性疾病的目的是免疫学领域的关注热点。重症肌无力是T细胞依赖、抗体介导、器官特异的自身免疫性疾病。将DCs的免疫耐受特性应用于重症肌无力的研究也成为一种新的趋势。现就DCs的耐受特性、诱导耐受机制及其近年来在重症肌无力的应用研究予以综述。
Dendritic cells (DCs) are the most potent antigen-presenting cells and play an important role in immune tolerance. How to make good use of the immune tolerance characteristics of DCs so as to achieve the purpose of treating autoimmune diseases is a hot topic in the field of immunology. Myasthenia gravis is a T-cell dependent, antibody-mediated, organ-specific autoimmune disease. It is also a new trend to apply the immune tolerance characteristics of DCs to myasthenia gravis. Now on the tolerance characteristics of DCs, induction of tolerance mechanisms and its application in recent years in myasthenia gravis reviewed.
