国际互联网的产生是当前商业时代的一种添加剂。虽然亚马逊站点取得了巨大的成功,以及国际互联网服务提供商的激增,但是真正受益的公司,是那些在国际互联网条例上标明的公司(特别在商业市场)。在这些公司利用电子商务作为商业运作手段赢利以前,都拥有其最成功的基于电话呼叫中心的商业运作渠道,以通向特定的市场。在美国,带动商业运作方式转变的先驱,象戴尔、迪斯尼和查尔斯公司,他们将传统的分销模式转变成基于电话交流的与最终用户的直接交易。
The emergence of the Internet is an additive in the current business era. While the Amazon site has had great success and the proliferation of Internet service providers, the real beneficiaries are those identified on the Internet (especially in the commercial market). Until these companies used e-commerce to make money as a means of doing business, they had their most successful business-as-a-service call center-based channel to reach specific markets. In the United States, pioneers such as Dell, Disney and Charles, which led the shift in the way businesses operate, have transformed traditional distribution models into direct, end-user transactions based on telephone conversations.
