目前,塑料制品以其质轻、价廉、携带方便等优点,广泛用于食品的包装及食具。为了解其卫生状况,笔者抽检了14个不同品种的塑料食具、包装材料及盛装药品塑料盒共计112件,并对其进行了卫生评价。检验项目:(1)脱色试验:以检验塑料中色素的迁移程度。(2)燃烧试验:鉴别使用的塑料种类。(3)蒸发残渣:检验指出的总固体含量。(4)高锰酸钾消耗量:检验溶出有机物含量。(5)重金属含量:检验能被溶出的各种有害重金属含量。(6)卫生学标准:根据我国允许的食用塑料制品的卫生标准:蒸发残渣含量不能超过
At present, plastic products are widely used in food packaging and utensils because of their advantages of light weight, low cost and convenience of carrying. In order to understand their health status, the author sampled 14 different varieties of plastic utensils, packaging materials and plastic boxes containing medicines a total of 112, and its health evaluation.
