目前,我国的中职校企深度合作主要存在订单式培养、联合性办学以及合作性训练等基本形式。中职校企深度合作所面临的困境主要有政府支撑作用尚显不足、校企沟通渠道亟待畅通以及专业教师实践水平有待提高等。为此,我们应形成教育合力、搭建沟通平台、树立共同体意识,为加强中职校企深度合作贡献力量。 At present, there are mainly basic forms such as order-based training, joint school-running and cooperative training in China’s secondary vocational schools. The plight of the secondary school-enterprise cooperation is mainly the lack of support from the government, the urgent need for the communication channels between schools and enterprises, and the improvement of professional teachers’ practice. To this end, we should form a joint force of education, build a platform for communication, establish community awareness and contribute to deepening the cooperation between secondary schools and enterprises.
