目的:为基层卫生防病工作成本测算和补偿提供依据。方法:确定基层卫生防病服务项目清单,判定项目属性,抽取萧山区卫生防病业绩较好的6个镇开展社区卫生服务机构卫生防病工作成本测算和补偿研究。结果:开展的卫生防病项目有22类119项,其中113项为纯公共卫生服务项目,2006年用于这113项卫生防病项目的成本为2 623.37万元,补偿费用按户籍人口计算每人每年至少应补偿19.37元,按常住人口计算则每人每年至少应补偿13.48元。结论:落实政策,加大对基层卫生防病工作的投入,完善补偿方式,提高补偿的公平性。 Objective: To provide the basis for the calculation and compensation of the cost of grass-roots health and disease prevention work.
